Simon Harrison, CBI, CM&AP, FMVA Senior Advisor to Jim Parker
Simon brings valuable expertise as a Senior Advisor, having previously worked as a business broker for six years. He has earned the esteemed industry credentials of CM&AP (Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional), CBI (Certified Business Intermediary), FMVA (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst).
Simon provides valuable support in several key areas of the business sale process. He collaborates on determining the Most Probable Selling Price (MPSP) by assisting with the Broker’s Opinion of Value (BOV). Furthermore, he expertly screens potential buyers and skillfully facilitates productive meetings between the buyer and seller.
Stephanie Sherbacow, Closing Coordinator/Buyer Liaison
Stephanie has been working with Jim for more than a decade. She provides invaluable assistance in many areas, but her main role is that of Closing Coordinator. She works closely with Jim to ensure the successful completion of the transaction, guiding it from contract to closing. Stephanie helps coordinate between the seller, buyer, lender, attorneys, accountants, and other professionals involved in the process.
Terra Brady, Listing Manager
Terra has been working for Jim for over 5 years, taking on a variety of roles to assist in selling businesses. She specializes in managing listings and collect all the necessary information to go to market.
Terra is responsible for overseeing the creation of Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), working closely with the writer and graphic artist to ensure accuracy and quality. Additionally, she executes the marketing plan for businesses that are up for sale and helps prequalify buyers who are interested in them.
With her extensive knowledge and experience, Terra has become an invaluable asset to Jim’s business.
Margarita Rivero, Graphic Artist
Margarita is a very accomplished professional artist who has created artwork for some of the nation’s largest theme parks. She designs and creates the graphics for the marketing pieces used to advertise the businesses for sale, including CIM’s, using Adobe Photoshop.
